WARDOGS Vehicles and Crew Roles Guide
Choose and crew WARDOGS transport, armored and air assets with a practical decision framework while Early Access balance can still change.

Pick a function, not a favorite silhouette
Decide whether the team needs transport, protected movement, direct fire, observation, logistics or another capability. Only then choose from the current vehicle list. A recognizable vehicle shape does not prove its WARDOGS role or final statistics.
The community handbook shows a test-era roster. Check names, seats and equipment in the current game before planning around a particular asset.
Assign the crew before moving
State who drives, who navigates, who watches each threat direction and who makes the decision to disengage. If the asset needs a gunner or passenger to do its job, wait for that player rather than discovering the empty seat during contact.
Use short calls tied to decisions: stop, reverse, dismount left, repair, resupply or abandon. Check the controls guide for current voice channels and seat keys.
Plan route and dismount together
A route is not complete until it includes the dismount point, likely observation angles and a way out. Avoid driving directly to a map marker without checking terrain, cover and which of the other two teams benefits from your approach.
Keep infantry far enough from the vehicle to avoid sharing the same threat, but close enough to support it. Use the maps guide to plan terrain and approaches if Bakurani and Ozeti appear in the current map list.
Protect time as well as cash
A lost vehicle may cost more than currency: it can strand a squad, interrupt supplies or remove a specialist crew from the objective. Compare those opportunity costs before committing to a fight that does not improve the team's position.
If damage, fuel or ammunition systems are active, set a return threshold before the asset is in danger. Use the indicators and resupply steps shown by the current game instead of copying a beta repair percentage.
Check a vehicle before risking it
Before taking an unfamiliar asset into a fight, check where it is acquired, how many seats it has, which control category it uses, and whether fuel, ammunition, repair or resupply indicators are visible. Take one safe route before trying to rank it from a single match.
Use the speed, armor, ammunition, cost and spawn timing shown by the current game rather than a beta table. Recheck after vehicle balance patches.
